Is this a subscription?
No. The Certified Remote Service Agent credential is a single payment of $39. There is no renewal fee, no monthly cost and no per-seat lock-in, and the credential belongs to the agent who earned it rather than to an employer.
How long does it take?
The written assessment is 40 questions with a 40-minute limit. You then complete one live call simulation on the ATAC Call Readiness Simulator.
Does the credential expire?
Yes. Every credential shows its issue date, current status and expiry on its public verification page. A credential that has lapsed says so, in the same place anyone checks it.
How does an employer verify it?
They open the verification link. It is free, requires no account, works from any device, and reads the result directly from the public blockchain.
What if I do not pass?
The fee covers the assessment and the simulation whether or not you pass, so a completed assessment is not refundable. You still receive a score report showing how you performed across each dimension.
Which languages can I certify in?
English certification is live today. French, Spanish and Portuguese are on the roadmap and are not yet purchasable. Language endorsements are not currently priced.
Do you offer volume pricing for employers?
Yes. The Team plan starts at a 10-seat minimum with custom pricing, and adds employer and BPO portal access, a candidate roster with CSV export, bulk credential verification and priority support.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The assessment and the call simulation both run in your browser. You will need a stable internet connection, a working microphone and a quiet space for the simulation.
